Following his time in the technology sector, Raad built a career in finance, working with leading global institutions including HSBC and ScotiaMcLeod. Kazi Mahzuza Maysun is the Co-Founder of Drawhouse and a design-driven entrepreneur whose work bridges architecture, design, and strategic business development. With a strong foundation in creative disciplines and the built environment, Maysun brings a unique perspective to the way technology, design, and physical spaces interact in shaping modern businesses and experiences.
Maysun studied architecture at the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc) in Los Angeles, one of the world’s leading institutions for experimental and forward-thinking architectural education. Her academic experience in Los Angeles exposed her to a global design culture that emphasizes innovation, interdisciplinary thinking, and the integration of design with emerging technologies.
In addition to her role at Drawhouse, Maysun is the Founder and Managing Director of Poché Architecture & Design, an architectural and design firm that has delivered a wide range of residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Through her work in architecture and design, she has developed a strong reputation for creating spaces and concepts that balance aesthetics, functionality, and long-term vision.
At Drawhouse, Maysun plays a key role in shaping the company’s design philosophy and creative direction.
